   Quote, Scope of Work, and Requirements Agreement

   Next, we provide a quote and written scope of work. We align on requirements, deliverables, assumptions, and change boundaries before implementation starts.

3. Step 3

   Execution and Delivery

   After scope approval, the team moves into implementation. Work is delivered in milestones with regular updates, technical reviews, and production-readiness checks.
