Who we are
Data Cats LLC operates datacats.io. We provide AWS cloud consulting and engineering services. Questions about this policy can be sent to ian.gifford@datacats.io.
What we collect
We only collect information you provide directly:
- Contact form: name, email address, and message content submitted via the contact form on this site.
- Scheduling: if you book a call via Calendly, any information you provide there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising tools.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not:
- sell or rent your information to third parties
- add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent
- use your information for advertising
How we store it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) and received as email. AWS infrastructure is hosted in the United States. We retain enquiry emails only as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing ian.gifford@datacats.io. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
